Killearn Commons Homeowners Association (KCHOA) and Florida Commerce Credit Union (FCCU) have annouced that FCCU will be the sponsor of the Killearn Commons Web Site. More information will be forth coming.
ANNOUNCEMENT - DIXON EXTERMINATING
Killearn Commons Homeowners Association and Dixon Exterminating have enter into a Service Contract in which Dixon will provide termite service and protection for the Pool House. Dixon will also be providing Killeran Commons Homeowners with special discounts and incentives for their services. Look forward to this information to be posted on the Web site soon.
Pool Vandalism & Trespassing
The Killearn Commons Homeowners Association will not tolerate any Pool Vandalism & Trespassing. We will press charges. Please help us by notifiying us of any such activity. If any Member is caught vandilising we will not only press charges but the member will lose their pool privileges. This kind of activity affects everyone including the HOA fees.

ARTICLE III PROPERTY RIGHT AND OBLIGATIONS
4. Exterior Maintenance of Homes. Homes constructed on Lots within the Properties shall be maintained by the Owner not only in a good state of repair, but also in an aesthetically pleasing manner consistent with the character and setting of the homes and Property as originally developed. Specifically, the following items are hereby determined and declared to be items which must be kept in a proper state of maintenance and repair by the individual Lot Owner, provided, however, this list is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of such items: the roof, windows, painting or staining of exterior walls and trim, steps, porches, walkways, driveways and landscaping.
We would appreicate you cleaning your siding because the exterior of the home affects everyone including home values. We will in the near future begin the process of sending homeowners violation of Convenants and Restriction notices.
